This set of three paintings came to me in a dream. I was transfixed at their beauty, glowing iridescent and all looking quite similar. I woke up with the names Ceres, Europa and Callisto embedded in my memory only to later discover they all belong to Jupiter, hence their name "Jupiter Queens"
This is part of a larger series called 'Planets and Moons'. The moons are being carved out of pumice stone giving a very realistic 3D textured effect. The planets being built up using beautiful glossy fluids creating a marbling effect.
